In 1990, after attending a leadership conference hosted by the National Trust for Historic Preservation, Lorri returned home inspired — and promptly led a transformative revitalization of Fort Recovery's historic downtown. That initiative became a catalyst for community renewal and ignited a lifelong commitment to making her hometown a thriving, economically sustainable, and family-centered place to live. Locally, she is a member of the Fort Recovery Village Planning Commission, the Morvilius Opera House Committee, and Fort Recovery's Project Recovery, among other organizations. She is guided by her passion for historic preservation and her unwavering belief in keeping small-town communities both economically viable and vibrant places to live.

Historic Theaters Panel Discussion

This panel discussion will focus on the revitalization of historic theaters in smaller Ohio communities, including the St. Marys Theater and Grand Opera House in St. Marys, Shea's Theatre in Ashtabula, and the Fort Recovery Morvilius Opera House in Ft.
