Kathleen is a fourth-generation real estate professional with a previous career as an international arts industry executive. In 2006 she was recruited to create a retail district to anchor the Over the Rhine revitalization. In 2012, she formed Urban Fast Forward, a woman-owned real estate brokerage. Now also sought-after as a consultant-practitioner, she is known for a creative yet practical approach, and a sensitivity to community issues.
