Jocelyn Hartshorn currently serves as the Senior Vice President/Chief Lending Officer for TrueCore Federal Credit Union. Jocelyn has been employed in the banking industry for 13 years with 13 years of lending experience. She has a Bachelor's Degree in Healthcare Administration from Franklin University and an Associate's Degree in Business Management from Central Ohio Technical College. She is a Certified Credit Union Business Lending Professional from CUNA and in 2025, she will graduate from the CUNA Business Management Program. Jocelyn is very active in the community, as she currently serves as the President of the Young Leaders of Licking County Board of Directors, serves as board members for the Licking County Chamber of Commerce and the TrueCore Foundation. She is active with the Young Leaders of Licking County Mentorship Program, where she has served as a committee member since its inception. Along with these roles, she is involved with the Licking County Chamber’s Women’s Leadership Committee and Kiwanis. Jocelyn has been recognized in the community as Licking County Chamber of Commerce’s Young Professional of the Year, Newark Advocate’s 20 under 40, and Young Leaders of Licking County Member of the Year. She resides in Nashport with her husband Trent and son Crew.
