Senior Grants Administrator at the Ohio Facilities Construction Commission

With over 12 years of service at the Ohio Facilities Construction Commission, Jessica DeLong leads the agency’s cultural facilities grant program, supporting museums, historical sites, and community institutions across Ohio.  

In 2024 alone, she helped approve nearly 70 projects totaling $55 million. That same year, Jessica was honored with the Legacy of Excellence Award for her commitment to building strong community connections and ensuring state resources reach places that need them most—from large cities to small villages. She takes pride in seeing firsthand the positive impact these investments have at the local level. 

Jessica lives in Clintonville with her partner Shaun and their two Doberman Pinschers.
