Loan Specialist at USDA
Evan Kohler is a Loan Specialist with the United States Department of Agriculture Rural Development Business Programs. Evan served fifteen years in the US Army as a Civil Affairs Generalist. He spent two years conducting humanitarian assistance and economic reconstruction missions overseas during Operation Iraqi Freedom. He has currently worked for USDA Rural Development for eleven years, assisting rural Ohio with economic development projects in both the Community and Business Program spheres.
The USDA has numerous grants and programs available to assist communities, their economic development projects, and the development of workforce housing.
