Eileen Grogan is Director of Historic Preservation with Conrad Schmitt Studios, Inc., specializing in the preservation, restoration, and renovation of historic interiors. Her expertise includes conditions assessment and conservation of decorative finishes; investigation and documentation of historic structures; and comprehensive project development and oversight, from concept through construction. Her experience ranges from movie palaces to Main Street theaters, cathedrals to universities, state capitols to historic house museums. With a Bachelor’s degree in Fine Art and Art History from DePaul University and a Master of Science in Historic Preservation from Clemson University/College of Charleston, she brings her passion for historic art and architecture to every project.
