Downtown Tiffin Main Street Manager at Seneca County Collaborative
Donna Gross is the Downtown Tiffin Main Street Manager under the Seneca County Collaborative, a role she has held since 2023. A dedicated advocate for small businesses and historic preservation, she oversees the Downtown Main Street Program in partnership with Heritage Ohio, implementing the Four-Point Approach to revitalization.
In addition to her leadership in downtown development, Donna is a successful entrepreneur, owning Relevé Barre Studio, located in the historic Laird Building in Downtown Tiffin. Her passion for community engagement extends to her service on multiple boards and committees, including the City of Tiffin’s Architectural Board of Review, the Tiffin Municipal Arts Commission, the Tree Commission, the Seneca Regional Chamber of Commerce Board, the Seneca County Tourism Council, as well as volunteering at the historic Ritz Theatre.
Donna is a proud graduate of Heidelberg University, where she earned degrees in Business Administration and Public Relations. She is also the mother of two grown sons, both of whom are fellow Heidelberg graduates.
