Amanda is an architect and senior associate at Schooley Caldwell and has 10+ years working on historic buildings all over Ohio. Specializing in historic preservation design, renovation and adaptive reuse, she has extensive experience managing and designing projects for historically significant structures, including many buildings and districts listed on the National Register of Historic Places. This specialization includes preparation of design and construction documents for adaptive reuse, rehabilitation and restoration, preparation of National Register nominations, and navigating historic tax credits, design review processes, and regulatory compliance for preservation projects.

Amanda received her Bachelor of Arts in Architecture from Miami University and her Master of Science in Historic Preservation as well as Master of Architecture from the School of the Art Institute of Chicago.
