In general, meals during the conference will be on your own. There are numerous restaurants in downtown Newark. If you have dietary needs, please investigate local options or bring your own food. There will be light refreshment breaks during the conference, and heavy hors d’oeuvres at the evening receptions.

If the need to cancel your registration arises, your cancellation request must be submitted to Heritage Ohio no later than 14 days before the start of the conference. Refund requests will be processed minus any applicable EventBrite fees.

Session materials and presentations will be provided at the discretion of the presenters. All attendees will be provided a link to access digital versions of conference materials via Dropbox.

Continuing education credits (CEUs) for the American Institute of Architects (AIA) will be available on select conference sessions at the conference. The list of sessions qualifying for will be available for review in mid-September. Check back here for updates.

American Planning Association (APA) members maybe be able to self-report for sessions with AIA CEUs.

Many tours require some walking. Remember to wear comfortable shoes and clothing.

Also, pack an umbrella. It is October in Ohio. Anything is possible.

There will be several networking opportunities at the conference. Please refer to the agenda and conference guide for times and locations.
